OutWatch provides AI based alarm monitoring with real-time alarm verification.

Alarm images are analyzed using our proprietary AI Vision analytics model.

How It Works?

1. Camera Detection

Cameras with motion detection/analytical send alarms to the OutWatch server.

2. Analyzing

Alarm images are analyzed using our model of "AI Vision" analysis. Alarms and the results of the analyses AI can be viewed and managed in real time on the server from OutWatch.

3. Alarm Notification

In case a threat of interest is detected, the alarm "push" notification will be sent immediately to the smartphone of the end user.

1. No recent photos from the camera are shown in the server

By default the server displays images from the last 24 hours, check the filtering dates of the filter.

2. No photos with vehicles/pedestrians are accepted

Check the analytics settings of the camera from which no images are received, note that when the analytics percentage is set to 100% the same detection is disabled.

3. An error is received while connecting to the OutWatch server

Make sure you entered the username and password correctly, if you still get an error click on "I forgot my password".
